I'm not sure what PVC they're using, maybe its some Chinese pipe. #1 1" US schedule 40 will not fit into the feed port. #2 the housing wobbles, that isn't useful. #3 - I tried it with 3/4" which does fit what I guess is supposed to be the 1" hole. All it did was bevel off the end of the pipe. No threading occurred. I wasn't going to trust this for actual plumbing but for a craft project, it won't work for even that.
