Overall, this is a great griddle. I love that it doesn’t take up much space and it is easy use and to store. The control panel is removable so it is dishwasher safe. I, however, prefer to wash it by hand. The cooking surface is nonstick and is fabulous. Food doesn’t stick to the griddle so it makes for easy flipping, food removal, and cleaning. The touch control panel has four settings. The light flashes when you make your heat selection and once the griddle is ready, the light stops flashing and stays lit. It has a decent sized cooking surface. I was able to cook three fried eggs and eight pancakes at one time. It heated fairly evenly. The center did cook items a little quicker than those on the outer edge but not by much. The bacon I cooked, cooked evenly. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to figuring which temperature setting to use when cooking various things. The only cons are that it doesn’t come with a drip pan and on the initial use, it gave off a strange smell (I did wash it prior to use). The manual that came with the griddle said just to put a bowl under the drip slot but none of my bowls would fit underneath. I eventually had the foresight to use my old griddle’s drip pan. I’m not sure what I would have used if I didn’t still have it. It’s an overall great product.

Buy something else. It advertised that it heats up in 10 seconds but it took a long time. The cooking surface is uneven temperature and the highest temperature it would get to was 300°. I returned mine after one use.

See photos. Reached out to company and this is part of the 5 layer design, allows grease and juices to flow to either end so as not to pool in the center preventing food from becoming soggy. Prompt communication from company.

I didn’t expect to like this griddle as much as I do. It heats up fast and cooks really evenly, which makes a big difference when you’re making breakfast for a few people. The touch controls are easy to figure out and just make the whole thing feel a little more modern.What I appreciate most is how solid it feels. Nothing about it seems flimsy. Cleanup is super easy too. I just rinse off the plate and toss it in the dishwasher. No scrubbing, no hassle.The best part, though, is how compact it is. When I’m not using it, I can fold it up and slide it into a cabinet without it taking over the kitchen. For something that handles a full meal, it takes up almost no space.

Quality non-stick finish. Fits just barely in my dishwasher. Since clean up is simple and painless with a sponge and dish soap, even with burning some teriyaki sauce on it, I probably won't need to use the dishwasher.Simple and responsive heating controls. Love the unique detachability of the power control panel. Definitely game changing in terms of a compact form factor. Beats the older bulky styles.

I recently ordered the iTRUSOU electric griddle. My initial thoughts are that it is a very good product. After receiving it, I used it to cook some bacon and eggs and it worked great. I like that there are 4 different heat levels and I also like that the legs fold for storage. Another good feature is the handles slide out for easy lifting (when the unit is not hot). This is a very versatile unit and can be used for cooking many things like burgers, chicken, shrimp, even a grilled cheese sandwich. It's large enough that you could cook your burgers on one side and toast your buns on the other side. After using it, cool down was pretty quick and clean up was very easy. No doubt, as I continue to use this griddle, I'll find more and more uses for it in the kitchen, however, I would say my main use for this griddle will be in our RV when we go camping.
