Works well and cooks evenly. Easy to setup and use. Perfect size for our camping trips. Cleaning up is easy but should be done immediately after cooking.

This is a handy size electric griddle for using in a small kitchen. It is advertised for home use as well as commercial but I am not sure as the first time I tried it, it smoked and the meat I put on it stuck and left a burn that I have been unable to remove. The included manual didn't give great instructions on using it for different meats etc. I could not tell the temperature as the light never changed nor is there any read out for it, only turning the knob up or down. Next time I will set it on my cook stove with the exhaust fan to help pull the smoke away and try using something to season the grill with to help with the sticking. I am hoping once I get better and more familiar with it I will be more comfortable and happy with it. I believe it will be great for pancakes and sandwiches.
