Got delivered today. I unpacked it. Put water and left for work. Came back to a flooded counter. Everything is soaked including electronics on the counter. Did even get to heat the water. Leaking all over. Very disappointed 😔!

Love this kettle and love that you can keep it turned on. It heats water very quickly and has a variety of temperature options for different things such as green tea, baby bottle milk, etc. It is easy to use and is not loud.

Love the features. Only complaint is that the lid doesn’t open wide enough making it a bit inconvenient to fill it with water. I would possibly buy it again pending investigation of the lid design on other brands.

I bought this kettle after moving to a new house. It fits perfectly into my light kitchen. I really like it. It is especially important, considering that I have a child, that its surface is not hot after heating. My old metal kettle got very hot and you could burn yourself. The only thing is that it seemed to me that it takes a little while to heat up, but this is not a big problem. I also like the keep-warm function. The kettle stands firmly on the base, does not wobble.

This is an amazing electric water kettle!I can put an equal amount of water in a tea kettle on the gas range, gas turned to high. This electric kettle will boil the water in half the time.Also, it is glass and the desired temperature can be chosen. Amazing product.

Nice kettle. A little small. Only makes like cups of tea. I love the keep it warm feature. The button to open the lid does always work

Fantastic kettle, looks great, the quality is good and it heats up fast. I bought it to heat up water to warm up milk and it heats up quick which is essential. Highly recommend this

I had looked at so many of these when I first started. I wanted one with an infuser. Not sure how I missed that this one did not come with one, so ended up buying also a french press to avoid messing up this unit. It does an awesome job and heating up quickly, and exactly at temps it states. Very impressed. I will be more impressed if it continues to do the job for a length of time. If it doesn't, i'll be back to update. The only thing I will say I don't like is the cord is very short. Other than that, it's a beast :)
