Bought it for my mom for Mother's day and see loves it. It boils water faster than any other way. Definitely recommend!

I used this Kettle two times in rainy days , was covered during the non use time , for that reason i didn't see some small dark patches in the bottom of the Kettle , until yesterday when i need hot water for a Tea' . Just four days after the limit time for a return , when i ordered was because a comment regarding this product was approve for use in Elderly Homes , that's was the reason for order this product . Now i don't know if is not rusted or what are that dark patches . Are something safe for use and drink or no ?? . I dry very well the Kettle after the two times i boil water , then i have not idea what happened here . My advise is to take a look after you will use your new kettle , check the bottom and if you will see something wrong , do what you have to do before you lost your money and your kettle . I put three stars because everything else are OK with this product .

Filled to precisely Max line (1.8L). It took about 10mins to start boiling and 10mins33secs to boil enough to turn the switch off. I suppose “a watched kettle never boils is almost true…Pretty blue light. Maybe the speed is due to US voltage being low at 120VAC…MAKE sure you don’t overfill - because even filling to max line caused a little to spill out the spout.

This kettle works just as it should. I’m a fan of the light up kettles, it is a handy feature. Heats up just as quickly as others, holds a goodly amount of water, and is a sleek, nice looking kettle.

This is a great glass kettle. Easy to use, just fill and set on the pad and turn on. Boil water quickly and turns itself off. The kettle has the measurements engraved on the glass so you can easily see how much water you have. The cord wraps inside the base so you only have to have out enough from the base to the outlet. Comes with a cleaning brush but I would not consider that anything special, essentially a sponge on a stick. The one thing different from my other kettles is that there is not strainer at the pour so if you are doing any herbs or teas they will come out when poured.
