Remote doesn't last just bought in September and Amazon doesn't sell exact replacement remote. Very disappointed in the heat out put as well not worth the money

Good heater. Thought I didn’t receive stand (I did-my mistake) However, customer service was very helpful and responsive. Good heater for our patio. Puts out a lot of heat.

Wonderful product, heats at 3 levels, not taking 5 because the stand is a bit unstable, but generally the heating power is amazing, the power eco-friendly, and it works very nice in the outdoor, I now can use my patio all year round, good job.

I ordered this product in the spring and have been using it non-stop since. The heat allows me to stay outside and read on cooler evenings. I am usually always freezing, but with my heater positioned towards me, I can read for hours outside even if the temperature drops down to 15 degrees Celsius. I like that we can adjust the height as well as the inclination of the lamp. I also like that there are 3 levels of heat (I personally love the 2nd level the best). The item is really easy to install and to store away. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the inclination does not always stay as intended (it slips down) and I sometimes have to readjust.

I knew I needed a heater of some sort for when exiting the shower. With it being dry in Arizona- the air is cold because of evaporation as soon as the shower doors open.At first I bought a 1500W IR heater and it didn't do the job of warming a body, because it had a fan. That just made you cold because of the breeze- unless you were on top of it. No good! That wasn't what was wanted.So, I purchased this unit, also 1500W, mounted it to the wall above the door to our closet, angled it down to 45* with the included brackets,, and It is perfect! 3-heat ranges, and I immediately feel the warmth when coming out of the shower.I also needed a remote controlled unit because of where I mounted it. This heater is controlled ONLY by remote! It also comes with a tri-pod stand that I didn't use.Great product!

You get what you pay for. We went with the iQ Heat after our Briza barely lasted a month. Frustrating and warranty was nothing but a run-around. The iQ was easy to assemble, is sturdy, well built and RADIATES heat like crazy! This thing really works good and far better than the last one. It looks stylish on our patio and we store it in the corner when we are not using it because it is weather resistant. We love that it can be raised higher or lower, but we mostly keep it low because heat rises. Delivered on time too! Great product, I would recommend to anyone looking for a good, quality outdoor heater.

This does not put out heat as I expected based on the description and reviews. You have to be extremely close to the unit to feel any heat at all even on the highest setting. Also, if it is barely touched, an error code shows and the unit shuts off. I’m sure this is a safety feature but it is highly sensitive. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this product because it claimed to have a heating capacity of "18 m² (193.7 ft.²)." I wanted to use it for my outdoor patio, so just to be sure I purchased two of the heaters to have good coverage. I received the heaters yesterday and set one up. I let it run for 30 minutes at the highest heat setting to ensure it was sufficiently warmed up. I had to be within 3 to 4 feet *directly in front* of the burner to feel any warmth. This is far less heat than stated in the description. I have no choice but to send these back as they won't be useful for my patio.
