I was shocked at how large this thing was when it arrived. It's a HEAVY and unwieldy box, but for good reason. The pizza stone included is a chonker, which is kind of the point.I feel silly for not taking a picture of the first pizza we made, but it did an excellent job of cooking it thoroughly and evenlyThis is highly recommended for people who want a quick-to-heat oven and have the counter space.

There was a bit of smell and steam on the first use, but it works as-is and like the description says! I haven’t had any issues with smoking nor chemical smells after the first use. I’m still really cautious about it though. It’s a little heavy, but it wasn’t back-breaking to get it out of the box and up onto my counter. The first time I cooked pizza it took a little longer, but every time after that has been a 10-15 minute cook time. It’s super easy to set up and use and it seems like a fair price to pay. I haven’t had any issues with burning the pizza either!

Getting started with this oven was a challenge due to the heavy noxious fumes when heating it. The first time I heated it, heavy amounts of steam came out with a pool of water accumulating underneath, which is weird because there was nothing in the oven and it was dry. But the worst part is the smell was VERY bad and I had to turn it off. I tried again the next day and got the same noxious fumes but without the steam. The third day I brought it outside and turned it on high for an hour which eliminated most of it. I finally was able to cook a pizza on the fourth day, but the noxious smell is not entirely gone.This oven is BIG and heavy, yet the inside is only 13-1/2" wide x 15" deep. A 14" pan will not fit. I'm not convinced that it actually gets up to the advertised temperatures either, although I didn't test it with a thermometer. I had it at the highest temperature and a pizza took as long or longer than my Breville toaster oven which has a max temperature of 480F, can fit the same size pizza, and is much smaller and lighter. The temperature knob is ridiculous. Rather than marking it with numbers like 300, 350, 400,... they simply converted the nicely round Celsius numbers of 150, 200, 250, so the markings are 302,392,482,... Minimal effort on their part. The temperature sensors inside the oven are just hanging on a wire. The top one hangs down into the oven.Seems like a real hack job at putting this together. Although I was successful at cooking a decent quality pizza, at this point I think your money is better spent on a very useful large toaster oven, or shell out more money for a better pizza oven.

I was excited to receive this Pizza Oven, but after getting it all set up and "running", I was tremendously disappointed. This is a rather large machine overall, but the opening is smaller than the 14 inches claimed, and none of my 14 inch pizza pans would fit. The protruding interior light is extremely large reducing the size further. In reality, you can fit at most an 11 inch pizza with a puffy crust. I was never able to get it up to temperature, either. It ran at full power for over an hour and It never reached anything above common household oven temps. The knobs with their temperature scale simply fell off the knobs so now I have no idea what temperature I am setting it. It simply spins freely around the dial. I also have a stray thermometer probe with no clear indication of where it goes. Nothing in the manual mentions it and I have simply tucked it to the side, very likely not where it is supposed to be. The metal expands as it heats up so all the exterior metal panels bow out. It returns back to shape when it cools down. I also noticed a chemical odor which did not go away over the one hour of running, in fact it got much worse -so much so that my wife asked me to turn it off. There was also about a 1/4 cup of water that had accumulated inside the machine and poured out in a puddle under the machine. The box arrived dry, but somewhere along the way humidity accumulated inside. I am not sure if this affected the electronics. The nice thing about this oven is the included pizza stone. It is nice and thick. I could have however purchased one for about 15 percent of the cost of this machine. I will attempt to make some adjustments, see if I can get the broken dials replaced, and get it calibrated. If I can get this machine running reliably and it reaches the full 662 degrees Fahrenheit temperature, I will return and update this review. As of now, you may want to pass on this machine. My experience with it has been poor.

I bought the 14'' Electric Pizza Oven for home use, and it’s been pretty good so far. It heats up fast with the 1800W power and cooks a decent pizza in about 10-12 minutes. The pizza stone helps get a crispy crust, and the stainless steel looks sleek. It’s a bit bulky for a small kitchen, and the temperature control can be finicky, but it’s solid for homemade pizzas or reheating leftovers. Great for casual pizza nights, just don’t expect restaurant-level precision.

If you're a lover of pizza, this is the oven for you. It works well and always has the right heat level. The quality of the oven is great and it looks amazing. Pizzas are cooked fast in this thing and it has been a great item to have in my kitchen. I don't make pizza often, but with this I want to make it more than usual. Definitely recommend it.
