- Does not achieve max advertised temperature- Nominal temperature achieved at max is 700*F, with a huge dropoff as soon as the oven door is opened- Not suitable for lower temp pizza baking, such as NY style, and if you're seeing the 800*F+ advertised temperature and think this can do a Neapolitan, FORGET IT!- Requires a 2-pole 240v, 20A breaker on DC (ask your handyman about this)- This would be okay for small batch pretzels, or pita breads, but that's about it.- Overall, $2000 of sadness and lame. Not something you'd expect from Waring, but it's what it is.

Product came in a damaged (and it looked as if previously opened) package. No user manuals or warranty information was included. Most importantly, the ceramic baking stone was missing and costs $200 to replace. Seems as if it was a used item that the seller tried to pass of as new.

Hasn't even lasted 2 years. Lights went out 2 weeks after we purchased it, then one stone cracked in half a few months later. Now, one of the doors fell off, tempered glass shattered. Good luck finding the part! We are having to get it through a parts place, only one that can order the part from the manufacturer with a lead time of 3 weeks plus shipping!!! What a dissapointment. Don't buy unless you can afford to be down that long. I couldn't even find a used one that I could canx parts from

I own restaurants and use this Waring pizza oven at home across a range of baking temperatures up to 800 F. Waring advertises temperatures to 840 F, but this level is exhausted quickly with a long recovery time. Up to 800 F (more than a powerhouse for a 120V oven) actually covers everything most pizza makers would want at home plus a deck that handles up to an 18" pizza. Pop a steel onto the ceramic deck and have even more fun. I've used this Waring as a backup at the restaurant as well for excellent results in achieving a Neaopolitan-like result, not perfect but very good. This Waring looks professional and is built like a furnace unlike the Breville pizza oven which looks a bit like a toaster oven, I recommend the Waring as a baking workhorse.

This is an awesome oven! It's only made 3 pizzas so far but it works great. Takes a bit to preheat to higher temps, but the cook is perfect. Features and functionality seem great. I would have given it 5 stars but I didn't think that was appropriate for an item I've only used 3 times.

I would not make a permanent, dedicated space for this oven. I purchased this oven and received an oven that did not reach advertised temperatures. I contacted Waring and they sent me a new oven. The second had the same problem. Waring sent a third oven that performed as advertised for 3-4 months, then stopped reaching advertised temperatures. Since it was under warranty I brought it to a factory authorized repair center. The repair center called Waring and was directed to inform me that I will receive a full refund and the throw the oven in the dumpster. I was happy with the oven when it worked.

Fantastic oven. Just remember to preheat. it takes about 45 minutes to fully come up to temperature.

Does a great job on pizza especially the thin crust we make. It is fast and the two ovens allow other items to be baked as needed. Can do two 9 inch pizza at once in each oven if needed.
