This was a replacement for a similar roaster. Used this only once so far to cook a turkey and it did the job.

Thanksgiving turkey turned out perfect. Juicy meat, brown, crispy skin. Very easy to clean.

I bought this roaster to use to cook down tomatoes to can and it is so handy for that! I can load it FULL with a ton of ingredients and just leave it and it will cook down for 6-8 hours and then I can come in and blend up the food and can it. It is amazing! I haven't used it to roast meat yet but I am so glad to have added this to my kitchen tools! Makes life easier! I will add from the very first time I used it, it was near impossible to clean the edges 100%. I decided to just be okay with that b/c EVERY tool I tried to scratch and scrub did NOT work. So that is a bummer but I wondered if maybe I didn't do something right the first time using it to maybe prepare it somehow!?

Received the product (minus the lid) just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Very disappointed that no lid was sent with the roaster. Not sure what we'll do for our turkey as the lid is an important part of the roaster.

El horno esta muy bueno de tamaño y es muy facil de limpiar,cocina muy bien la carne y los pollos pero no tuesta el pellejo,es muy comodo de llevar

This is a great roaster. It did a great job of cooking my Christmas ham. I really like it and it fits beautifully on my really old roaster stand (wish they still made those!)
