I make salads almost everyday at home, and had gotten weary of using the manual spinner. So, when my hubby found this electric spinner, not only was it a surprise, but also a confirmation of his appreciation of the work that goes into creating my salads. This spinner was so fun to use! I only gave it three (3) stars, however, because the motor died after two months! I am always one who takes special care of my tools and devices, never wetting electrical parts. It was disappointing, to say the least, since this tool costed over US$40.

This salad spinner is used every workday because taking a salad for my afternoon snack at work is so much better than chowing down on a candy bar. That said, it is true that the basket is fragile. But if you keep that in mind and only use it for greens (NOT carrots or radishes or anything else heavy) there's no problem! Rinse away the stray pieces of lettuce that remain after spinning rather than trying to pluck them by hand. Just be sensible about cleaning it and it will last for a really long time. It's absolutely wonderful when compared to a hand spinner. Buy it and you'll love using it, too!

I received my salad spinner on Friday afternoon which was great because that night I was having a big salad for dinner. It worked even better then I expected. A few of the reviews did mention that you had to hold it while it was running because cit moved around. So I used a small silicone mat (8” by 10”) that I already had. It worked perfectly! I could turn it on and walk away! It sheds the water very quickly. This will get a lot of use in my house!

Purchased this and was so excited when I got it.I took it out of the box to test it out. It spins super fast and shuts off on its own in about thirty seconds.The lid seems well made, as well as the outer plastic portion, however the inner basket that spins is super brittle, thin plastic. I actually had a replacement sent and the basket was the same brittle plastic. The first on cracked in three places, while I was hand washing it before I had the chance to even use it to spin out my lettuce. The second one had a crack in the bottom and just holding it and flexing it it cracked! I ended up using the basket from my old manual salad spinner and it fit and worked with the electric lid. I do not recommend this product. The manufacturer needs to make a better basket.

This is my first time purchasing an electric salad spinner. In the past, I always used the manual ones. However, my old one broke after being used for a few years. This time, I chose this model because of its price. For a similar price, I could get an electric one with better quality. I really like its design, with a blue and yellow color scheme that feels very high-end. Before purchasing, I also browsed many similar products, most of which were green and lacked any distinguishing features. Additionally, the majority were manual. The whole machine only has one button, the power button, and a USB charging port with a waterproof cover. The spinning disc inside the lid is detachable, making it convenient for cleaning after use. This spinner is extremely easy to use, allowing for one-handed operation and requiring very little effort. To use it, simply put vegetables or fruits into the basket, cover it, and press the power button, then wait for the machine to finish its work. After use, just pour out the water from the collecting basin. It spins very fast and has high efficiency. The only downside is that it needs to be stabilized by hand during operation, but overall, it is still possible to operate it with one hand. After using it for a while, I feel that my arms are not as tired as before. A wonderful user experience! Highly recommended!

2/10/2023 Update : Seller reached out to send in a replacement. I suspect the new basket won't last long but I'll add a star for good customer service.Pros:Time saver. Great for multitasking when cooking.Cons:Mesh Basket cracked on first use. It still works but continues to crack more. I suspect this product will be garbage soon.

this spinner works perfectly. It is a great size, convenient, a dream of a product...but then it starts to run out and you need to recharge it. The port is too far inside the lid. I have only been able to charge it by OH SO CAREFULLY placing the cable at the mouth of the receiver and leave it just so for a full day. UGH. It seems to just be too far recessed in the lid to be able to plug it in correctly. So, be sure to check out your charging outlet as soon as you get it, not 3-4 months later when you can no longer return it

Never thought I would buy an electric salad spinner. I had my hand crank one for years until the basket started breaking down over the years of use. I purchased this mainly because of the price. I figured if it quit in a few months, I wasn't out much. I am surprised how good it works! We get a produce order in every Friday and we wash/spin lettuce, cilantro, spinach, kale and other greens. All you do is hit the spin button and wait until it stops. The charge lasts a long time, but it does take a while to recharge...2-3 hours.UPDATE.......the basket inside the spinner is very brittle and over time it falls apart. I have done the handy man thing by taping it up, but it keeps breaking at another place. The outside container and motor lid are still good and in working order.
