HUGE upgrade from my son's previous scooter! Took less than 5 minutes to assemble. Great value for the money. Saved enough on the purchase to buy him a new helmet! He uses it on the daily to get to & from work, came mostly charged and holds a charge well.

Anyone looking for a good e scooter for basic travel this is perfect you can go on the app and put the max speed at whatever you want obviously there’s a top speed of 28 mph but it’s very compact very torquey super safe functions are great in the app overall quality 4.5 stars only because Amazon loves to take there time with packages

This little beast can compete with most electric bikes and has really good acceleration, braking, and a large enough deck for even adults to place both feet on. Turning radius is good too. Rode over grass with no problem

I am 6'3" at about 260. This gets me to 25 mph quick and is stable. After about 40 miles I am still getting used to it and with American size 13 feet the platform is small but still works. The only 2 drawbacks I have is that being tall I am a bit top-heavy so I weave a bit a slower speeds and I have to look almost straight down to see the control panel. Both are non issues for me.I loaded the app on my android phone and it connected once, but now when I launch the app it just locks up. Fortunately I got my settings the way I wanted them the first time and hope the app gets fixed, as I have seen others having the same issue.

The electric scooter Works flawlessly very good scooter very heavy duty, the app on the other hand is completely useless. The app is a completely broken buggy mess that when it can connect your scooter instantly freezes so you can't even do anything and God forbid you locked your scoter before it freezes, if you are the poor unfortunate soul that did that well you are permanently locked out of your scooter. Luckily the app froze before I knew that was a problem but once the app freezes it'll never unfreeze, clearing cache clearing data uninstalling and resting does not fix the app. Best advice to the product manufacturer is to go get some programmers who actually know what they're doing or if you are Outsourcing get a competent company to make your app.
