I am so glad I bought this. I need a small heater for my room, this is so small and yet it heats up my bedroom in about 10 minutes. I usually shut it off within a half hour because the room is comfortable.

Great heater for my desk. Keeps my area nice and warm. Gave it a 4 star because sometimes I’ll have trouble turning it on.I’ll unplug it and plug it back in, hold the trip button at the bottom, hold the power button for a few seconds and it just won’t turn on. Then I’ll wait awhile and try again and it turns on with no problem.Other than that, when it’s on, it’s a great little heater.

I ordered this desk heater in December, it is now just February and the heater has stopped working! It started out fine, then started making weird noises, the fan started going slow to slower, then finally quit! It’s past my return window for a refund. I will have to order another one but not from this company!

UPDATED 12-15-24: Sadly, the heater quit working. At first it wouldn't turn on until around the 3rd attempt to push in the button. I thought maybe I was pushing it wrong. This lasted a few days before it completely refused to turn on. It was great while it lasted.UPDATED 11-24-24: Now that it has gotten chilly, I've been using this heater daily to quickly get warmed up and avoid turning on the heat. I've noticed that the heat does NOT affect the temperature of items next to the heater, beneath the heater, or in front and to the side. The heat really is directed straight forward from the middle and is very effective on my body when it is about 2 feet away. I can have a laptop 1 to 1-1/2 feet in front of it and 4" to the side and NOT have the heater affect the temperature of the laptop. All this makes it perfect for a desktop! I think this would make a great gift! It is still noisy, but it sure is convenient and warm!This portable space heater truly offers wonderful tip-over protection! If you lift it or move it in any way while it’s on, it will stop producing heat and resume only when it is in the upright position again. It is a powerful little heater. When I put a temperature gauge about 3 inches away, I had to remove the gauge after the temperature got into the 170s and climbing for fear of causing a problem with the temperature device being that close to the heater. Normally, people would be a few feet away anyway--still toasty warm but not too close.The front grill can get very hot, but the rest of it stays cool. It only has one speed, but it produces a good amount of heat very quickly. It is lightweight, and I like being able to put it on my desk without worrying about the desk getting hot. The cord is quite short at only 4 feet.The only negative is that the fan is pretty loud. I also wish it had a lower setting, in addition to the current high setting. I plan to use it from my desk on chilly winter days when I don’t want to turn on the house heat.I am also planning on taking it on a camping trip where the nights get cold due to the time of year or high altitude. I’ll plug it into my Jackery power supply (the heater is powered via an outlet plug and not a battery). Since it doesn’t have a low setting, I won’t leave it running for long, but it should do a quick job of warming up my tent. My CO2 meter reported normal levels of CO2 (up to PPM 1) from the heater in my house, so I don't expect that to be a problem but will take my meter anyway.

These heaters only draw 500 watts, not 800 watts as advertised. The only thing plugged in is the heater. The wattage measurement is accurate. You can see at the bottom that 489 watts are being drawn from what is plugged in.I own both the black and the white colors of these heaters. There is only one heat setting on these heaters, and at multiple places in the Amazon listing it states that the heat output is 800 watts. It's not 800. It's 500.
