I bought this as a gift and will have to come back to review it when the recipient gives me feedback. This one was similar to other Mason jar sealers but a bit more cost effective.

Buyer beware. I have tried multiple times to seal regular and wide-mouth Kerr jars. Not one lid/jar sealed.

I bought this to vacumn seal my coffee grounds after opening a bag. Too many times I would try and seal the jar and the lid wouldn't stick after sealing. Nice idea if it worked. Waited too long, by a day, to return it. 3/25/25

Didn't have any issues with it the first time I used it. Although, I wish the kit could come with a few extra seals to get started with. Overall, great device!

I have purchased several other vacuum sealers and understand how they work. When I received this sealer, I plugged it in and let it fully charge until the display said it was at 100%. I set up my canning jar with the lid, pushed down on the sealer making sure it was fully engaged and hit the button to start the vacuum, nothing happened. I found that I had to rock the button back and forth before the vacuum started. The display then also worked to go through the count down for completion. The process worked well on both the large mouth and small mouth lids. The seals are tight, and my food is preserved. I am sure I this sealer will save me from throwing away food and more than pay for itself in a short period of time. It came with a few of both size canning lids and a jar opener. I think this sealer is a good price for the quality.
