I recently fell in love with these warming mats, when a work-related trip up north in winter showed me how hard it is to get bread to rise when the indoor temperature is below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. At their lowest setting, these mats are enough to make the bread rise beautifully. At their highest setting, I think they'd work for cooking food.You might want two of these, if you do a lot of baking or buffet tables. They're extremely easy to use and clean, and they don't take up much storage space.

Open this warming tray as soon as I received it and just wanted to see how quickly it would heat up. I was amazed. Almost immediately I could feel the warmth starting. I said it to 122 and used it to preheat a plate. I hadn’t thought about using it that way, but it really made it nice for dinner. It’s very easy to use. You don’t even need the directions. It’s smooth and easy to wipe clean. Rolls up easily for storage. Has its own strap that that snaps closed so you can easily store it back in his bag. I will use it in the morning for proofing Brad. Also looking forward to using it for making yogurt.
