The gift box this came in was very nice. This had a little heft to it. Very pretty and the recipient was pleased with it. I would recommend this as a gift.

This was the cutest purse hook but the first time I used it the flower popped off! Also the flower looks a lot cheaper in person than the pictures.The hook itself does what it needs to do at least.

This was really cute and works really well. But the flower is a "cover" that fell off very quickly, like the glue wasn't strong enough to hold it. I could easily glue it back on, but it did make it feel very cheap that it didn't hold up for long at all.

Product is so sturdy that it took a little strength to get it opened. I opened and closed 10x+ to loosen it up. I purchased used I'm not sure if I received one that was returned due to how hard it was to open.

I purchased this on Jun. 1, 2017 and it broke on Jul. 3, 2017. Two weeks with the product and the lock latch no longer clicked. The base works perfectly, but the chain is cheap. Also, I didn't use a bag bigger than a medium tote bag and it was filled with an iPad, wallet, iPhone, and a tote umbrella when the hook broke. It's cute but definitely not worth the $8.99 I paid for it.

I use this hook everyday to hang my purse from my desk at work (which is heavy so you know it's good quality)! I've gotten tons of compliments on it! Love it!Updated May 5th: Item only lasted a month before the broke away from the flower base. It can still function without the flower and I believe I can fix it by gluing the hook back in. I took away a star because I am disappointed that this didn't hold up longer
