I spend most of my working hours sitting down and this has been a great way to keep me moving while I’m working on my computer. I do have a standing desk and I do get up every other hour or so, but this actually can give me a decent workout while I’m sitting down as well.I am certainly not getting a jogging level workout from these, but certainly enough to elevate my heartbeat. This would be great for anyone’s home office.Product itself is very well made and feels solid. Elliptical moves smoothly and does not feel cheap or low quality whatsoever. Highly recommend.

The box was missing the chord and the remote and instructions. Never buy again.

Bestway to get exercise while working from home. This makes very little noise and I love the adjustments you can make. Between this and my walking pad under my stand up desk, I can easily stay in shape while working.

The product was here in two days. Lightweight n easy to use. I bought it for my husband who struggles to get enough exercise due to the TV being on but this will solve that problem. I have used it myself three times now while listening to audiobooks. Win win for both us. Almost any sedentary person can work their legs and improve circulation. Well worth the money.

I picked this up because I wanted to improve the circulation in my legs while sitting (5 hours per day minimum) I was not disappointed!Pros:The machine automatically moves the footpedals, so you can focus on your work.Silent operation. My coworkers cannot hear it on a call even though I have a Blue Yeti microphone. I also use it when watching tv in the evening and my hubby can't hear it.After a 30 minute cycle, the program stops so you can reverse the direction and protect knees/ankles.Several presets allow faster/slower movement to suit the user and the task (I use a faster one for meetings, slower for working/writing)I use it as a comfortable foot rest when not cycling.I've noticed my legs and feet are slimmer, not from exercise, but because the swelling is gone.My varicose veins have dramatically improved. My mind is sharper -- perhaps from better circulation/bloodflow?I'm much more alert, even on nights I haven't slept well.Cons:If I don't remember to flip the edge of my chair mat up behind my wheels, I will sometimes start to roll backwards at a creep.Cannot be used standing, only sitting, which I knew when I ordered it.Great machine, so much easier to use than my walkpad! I consider this a key piece of office equipment now. I am not using this to burn calories, meet a step goal, or "work out", it is solely for circulation. My fitbit does not register the activity, and my heart rate rarely goes above 80 while using it. But for circulation it is the best solution I've ever used.

The Smietu Ellipse Leg Exerciser fits so discreetly under your desk and is incredibly quiet no one knows your using it to distract or disturb them. Due to poor leg circulation, I need the elliptical exerciser to keep fluids flowing in lower limbs while working at the computer. The exerciser comes with a remote controller, straps, rubber mat to hold the ellipse in place, and an easy to read manual. It has a well lit digital read window and function buttons on the ellipse. I just love it to death and definitely give it a huge thumbs up.

Product is well packaged and comes fully assembled unlike many other things these days. When taking it out of the box you notice it feels heavy duty and that it's well built. Everything functions as it should.I work from home a few days per week and being in my mid 40's I thought this would be a good way to sneak in some exercise while I work. While it's nice to keep my legs moving, I don't feel like I'm getting a work out from it. Especially on the programmed modes, because the motor drives the motion, so the machine is doing all the work for you. Outside of the programmed modes you are able to add a little bit of resistance in the manual mode. The range of motion is fairly limited as well. The product itself is not for me as it doesn't feel like I'm getting much out of it. Perhaps it could benefit someone who works completely remote, or who is older and needs to keep their legs moving. Despite this I'll reiterate it feels well made and I did not experience any issues so from that perspective I might be a bit too critical by knocking it down a star.
