This machine has saved me so much time it’s hard to imagine work without it. I was nervous about the battery life but the batteries are holding their own. I was able to clean 4,000 sqft with only maybe 10-20 % of the battery capacity. Will built and works as expected. Customer service is amazing!

The product isn’t working, can’t turn it on can’t find anybody to help me with this. Water came in the tank already so that’s a bad sign. I had it charging for 2 hours now and still no sign of it working
