Purchased one for a sample for our church. Cheaply made, and partially put together which makes no sense as the box is huge enough for a complete product. Missing screws (who is that cheap?) no pre-drilled holes, who is that lazy? You pay to ship it back. We would have bought a ton of them, they really cheated themselves out of business.

I have no tools, am not savvy at assembling things, don't know how long a screw would be needed to attach the back of chair to the frame, what tools are needed - Do I need to drill a hole in the seat back? There are no instructions. Nothing.Now I have to send it back at my own expense. I'll buy something else, fully assembled, or at least lists that it comes with parts to assemble it and how to do so.

Customer service went above and beyond! Ordered two chairs sent three. Love the chairs!!! Perfect color, size, and comfort. We were willing to pay for all 3 and they ended up donating one chair to our little church. We will be purchasing more chairs from this company!

BUYER BEWARE: First, this chair requires some assembly. The frame is all welded together and the seat cushion comes already attached. But the back cushion comes unattached and requires installation. There are no pre-drilled holes for attachment, so I ended up using a couple of clamps to get the back cushion aligned to the frame, so that I could drill small pilot holes in the cushion to make it easier to install the screws. Also, the underseat book rack requires installation, which is a matter of sliding one end into the existing holes in the chair frame and carefully bending the other end slightly to get it to go into the existing holes on that end. While I didn't have any issues with putting this chair together, I know not everyone will be able to do so and should be aware before purchasing. SECOND, the instructions and screws required for assembly come in a packet that was slipped into the pouch on the back of the chair, which is easy to overlook and think they forgot to pack them with the chair. The assembled chair is of good quality with a rugged welded frame and should hold up well. The seat and back cushions are made of durable fabric and are very comfortable. I would have given this chair 5 stars, but there is no reason for this chair not to come fully assembled, as it came in a large box where space was not any issue. The listing should let customers know regarding assembly.

luckily remembered what was mentioned in some reviews before purchase that fasteners were included. didn't find them in pouch on back of upright cushion. they were laying in bottom of box. wish they were printed directions for attaching seat back to uprights. it's not rocket science, but would be nice to know where to properly place back cushion on uprights, also the right size of drill bit to use to predrill holes so that the fasteners are easier to attach. overall it looks to be a good product, but just received today and haven't assembled it yet.

Showed up with a small stain on the seat cushion. The back has no pilot holes and there was neither directions nor hardware.I had to buy clamps and screws and attached it myself.Decent enough chair
