We purchased the Emma + Oliver conference chair with casters from First Choice Home for slightly less than $200. The chair is manufactured in China and was shipped unassembled from Georgia via FedEx.First Choice shipped promptly. The box arrived slightly damaged, but the chair was well packaged in heavy cardboard and bubble wrap and escaped damage.All parts for assembly were with the chair. An Allen wrench was also included for most of the construction, but the buyer needs to supply a medium or large Phillips screwdriver.Assembly instructions were not especially clear (mostly illustrations, some with the metal fixtures not illustrated at all), but this is not a complicated build, and a little thought, trial, and error got good results.The chair will not be mistaken for one that costs $500, but the quality is certainly acceptable for the price. It does sit low, more like 18” rather than the advertised 19.5” but it is sturdy and the brown bomber jacket microfiber upholstery we ordered is of reasonable quality. The casters roll freely on hardwood and work well on carpet too.Overall, this was a good purchase for a reasonable price.

They are very comfortable and slide smoothly on carpet. A little challenge to put together. There were some areas in the wood that needed touchup. Overall, they were a grate find for what we needed.

I love these chairs. I bought 4 of them to go around my game table. They roll so well over a rug as well as hardwood floor. The leather is lovely. I sure hope they hold up.

very nice chair. Our boardroom table is too high to use this chair. We did want 14 chairs. Now I must start the hunt over. All in all the chair is nice especially with the good price.

I like the chair. Disappointed that it was packed carelessly and had a total of 6 dents and scratches. If this chair didn’t arrive with this aesthetic damage I would have given 5 stars. Easy to assemble and comfortable chair.

They were well packaged when they arrived. Put 4 chairs together in just over an hour. Very comfortable and roll nicely on both rug and tile floor. They also appear to be of good quality.

These chairs are comfortable, easy to assemble, color is true to description and came quickly. The major complaint is not with the chairs or the company but with Fedex delivery. Was suppose to be signature required. The boxes were dumped in front of my gate making it impossible to open the gate. No notification of delivery at all. But the chairs are great!

This chair was very easy to put together. And after "testing" it for sturdyness (this chair is for my elderly mother to use), I found that it is very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable! It has a wider seat and the cushion is very comfy. The rounded back also makes the chair more comfortable. The only thing we are having a problem with is that it's too low for my elderly mother to get up from, but we resolved that by putting in an extension cushion for her. Everyone else doesn't need the cushion tho. We're very pleased with the purchase!
