To start with I have a14 year old office chair from Staples Commercial side. Back then was looking for a Hon and this was a close equivalent for a 10-12hr task chair. Today to replace this chair would be above $500, all it needs is a seat that doesnt go straight to the board when you sit on it. I do weight 210lbs. This fit perfect and even has the brackets on it to mount my armrest. But even though it is a little firmer than the old one, it's not as thick and I still sink straight to the bottom wood and is just as uncomfortable as the old one. When I look at the old one compared to this one, the old one is thicker. Looks like unless this company can offer a thicker cushion I need to take old one to a uplholery shop and have redone. This should do just fine for people who weight maybe up to 140 lbs.

I took a risk buying this replacement seat because they don't publish the hole spacing and my chair isn't Lorell brand. Fortunately I got lucky and the holes lined up, so it was an easy swap. I included a pic of the hole dimensions for those of you in a similar situation. The seat is very comfortable and seems to be of good quality.

I have an office chair I've been using for ten years. Other than the seat breaking down, it is in great shape. Even though this seat didn't have the measurements for the screws, I tried it since I could return it. When I got it, I measured the screws and they were close enough to try it. It took me 20 minutes to remove the old seat and install the new seat. Fantastic. So happy not to pay for a new chair and not to send a mostly-good chair to the landfill. Highly recommend giving it a try. It's like having a new chair.

Everything was perfect with the seat except that it did not fit my chair so I had to return it, I would had liked to keep it :(
