I paid a lot of money for this oven and it doesn't work properly and I would like to return it or get my money back. I have contacted the seller and was sent a thermostat to install. I shouldn't have to fix a brand new oven. I will be contacting an attorney about this if it isn't resolved to my liking. You have to turn it up to 450 or more to get it to come up to 350, then it doesn't maintain the temperature. It is junk and why Amazon continues to let them sell on their site is beyond me. Check out the reviews on Home Depot. Same issues from others

The old oven was just super insulated and counted on that to keep the nook it was installed in from getting hot.Instead of good insulation, this has a fan that BLOWS hot air out the front of the oven. It makes the whole kitchen hot. No more baking until fall or until I replace this one! :(I want to bake IN the oven, not on the counters!

This oven looks really nice, but the digital display is pretty useless - you press and press and nothing happens, and there's a 3/4 inch gap above the door when it's closed, and it blows A LOT of very hot air out of that. If you're looking for an oven and room heater combo, this is great, but if your'e not, it totally sucks.

Works perfectly fine. The negative reviews given are bizarre to say the least. One guy who complained just seemed to have unbelievably bad luck by first getting an electric instead of gas, then when finally getting the gas oven it seems he got a dud, because he claims it wouldn't heat past 125 degrees. Mine does NOT have that problem or any problem for that matter.Another poster posted some nonsense about the service valve must be closed when not in use. I have no idea what he's referring to but it sounds suspicious because there's no oven, stove, or range (oven stove combo) I know of which the gas service must be turned off when the oven isn't in use. Usually the gas service is behind the oven and not easily accessible for good reason so that no one can accidentally disconnect it....so once it's on it stays on.If I wanted to quibble I'd say the timer clock is somewhat difficult to understand and there's little to help you understand other then trial and error. I actually learned by mistake how to set the clock. Anyway that doesn't affect the oven's performance itself and wasn't enough for me to consider dropping a star especially since it is a convection (you can choose no convection if you want) bake, broil, and rotisserie oven i.e. it has EVERTHING you could possibly ask for in a modern oven, but a GAS oven.

The owners manual states that the service valve must be closed when not in use! Absolutely absurd and concerning that they don't have enough faith in their product that they put this in the manual

First Amazon sent an electric instead of a gas oven, Had to box up first one and return. Then Amazon screwed up again and used the date of delivery for the first one for my 30 day return policy. So now, after only having this unit for a couple of weeks and never using it rather than checking it out I can not return it. The heat was off by 50 degrees when I first tried it, I had two new oven thermometers in it to make sure. The next time I went to use it, it would not heat up past 125. When it was set at it's highest setting. This is a oven that is designed to be built in. I did all the carpentry and finish work to make it look great, all for nothing because the unit is crap and Amazon Customer service sucks.
