Please throw away black corner protective pieces; it's for safe shipping only. There are two holes on the pan's edge: this is for our custom scooper holder that will be released soon.

The Litter box is nice, but just be warned this is not an XL litter box for large cats, maybe good for kittens. I returned it because I have full size cats, and they couldn't even stand it in

I like this litter box, but my 14 lb cat is too big for it. It fits my 7 lb cat well.

The scoop that comes with the box is awful and feels like it's ready to snap, but that's the only negative I have.The box is spacious and great for odor control, it's easy to clean and has a nice step pad for the cats to get in and out.
