Got this when I couldn’t find a replacement fan. Repaired the old one at a fraction of the price or hassle of a new one. Got a variable speed control to go with it and made for a good father/son repair project (son showing father how to do it, that is!)

Fits the 20+ year old nutone bathroom fan with heat lamp great. Replacement was easy I used the nuts, and clamps off the old motor everything fit perfectly. Side by side its an identical motor to the original. No vibration, as good or better air flow, and it performs as good or better than the original.

Got this when I realized I could just replace the motor assembly on my noisy bathroom vent fan and light fixture, instead of going in the attic to replace the whole fixture. This is a pretty simple replacement, you just pull the assembly with blower fan attached, remove metal "collar" holding blower fan onto D-shaft, swap the blower fan and mounting bracket (including nuts) over from old to new, and reinstall in reverse order.Could be a bit quieter, but maybe blower fan is just out of balance and this part is fine.

Purchased to replace six year old Braun ceiling fan motor. Old unit still working, but very noisy due to bushing wear. This item fits and works as described. Not a complicated item to install. After only a few hours of use it was just as noisy as the old motor. It has smaller magnets than the original motor and has proven to be less than equal in quality. The price is not prohibitive and it does the job, so no regrets.

This electrical motor is exceptionally well made, construction is solid and the bearings are very smooth making it extremely quiet. It does have a very long axis, so if you are using it to replace a ventilation fan, the length of the shaft has to be considered. In all it is a very good motor, and if it fits your requirements I highly recommend it.

I purchased this for a repair needed at a rental property I manage. This was a direct replacement of the original late 1970's era bathroom fan. No modifications were needed and the rotation was correct. I have used these before and they are reversible. This is a very common style and we normally stock a few as we tend to be able to make them work where needed, sometimes with modification or rotation reversal. It is a bit noisy, but I believe this is due to the older fan housing vibrating than the fan itself. Overall, this is a quality replacement and a cost saver for our property owners. So far, we have had no failures and have been installing the Endurance fans for about 7 years.
