Nice quality of light. Fairly well made. I have only used it with Canon Speedlights as a fill light source behind the camera and has performed very well. I use a huge (60 inch) shoot through umbrella as my main light, again with Canon Speedlights, (at around 45 degrees)or a Strobist 24 x 24 softbox and the combination has worked very nicely.
