Awesome little guitar for the price.Really satisfied. Was going for the gibson but change my mind and went epiphone.Epiphone really step up quality wise. Have a nice day.

I'm wanting a Les Paul Special with P90's for some time now. When I came across this new Inspired by Gibson model with so many positive features and reviews, I had to have one!It arrived quickly and in great shape. Truly a handsome guitar, I was very pleased with the color. Nice design. Quite comfortable, medium weight, so far all good.Tune and play! Well. Hmmm. The strings are literally on the fret board! The neck was slightly reverse bowed. No problem. A slow half turn to loosen the truss rod put it right. Intonation was pretty darn good for a wrap tail bridge.I noticed the alignment of the neck to bridge was slightly off, so the strings favored the top (Low E side), which also left the strings not centered over the pickups. This issue was minor, but noticeable.Oh those Frets!!! I scraped my finger tip on a sharp fret end. They were flush with the neck's edge, but too sharp! Then the Buzz. I couldn't dial it out. I checked the frets to find they were not level. Not even close. This guitar needed fret work. Game over. Guitar returned.That Vintage V132 sure is looking good...

Eine wirklich sehr gut verarbeitete Gitarre,alles opimal eingestellt....kurz gestimmt ,sogar die Intonation brauchte ich nur ganz minimal einzustellen.In den Marshall eingestöpselt...und was soll ich sagen...echter Gibson P90 Sound,also sie spielt mit meinen USA Gibsons-Special und Junior in einer Liga,nur dieser hochglänzende Lackpanzer dämpft die Spielfreude ein wenig (ist aber mein Meinung).So,nun hab ich mir doch echt die gleiche Special nochmal bestellt....,alles an dieser Gitarre stimmt perfekt,Verarbeitung ,super bespielbar,sehr resonant und,und,und....Mein Tip....kaufen solange Epiphone solche Qualität für diesen Preis anbietet.Nachtrag am17.01.2023.....So,nun habe ich mich nach langem überlegen doch entschieden,diesen beschichteten Polyesterüberzug zu entfernen.Exzenterschleifer mit Staubsauger,60er Schleifpapier ,Maske,und siehe da....klappt super.Ich habe dieses Polyestergedöns bis auf's blanke Holz abgeschliffen,7 Blätter waren ausreichend.....Zum Vorschein kam ein zweiteiliger Body aus Mahagoni,den ich nun neu mit Nitrolack grundiere und lackiere.Wenn diese Arbeiten beendet sind, habe ich hier ein optimales Rockbrett daß sich auch optisch vor meinen Gibson Paulas nicht verstecken braucht.
