Niet zoals afgebeeld. Slecht afgewerkt, niet afgeschuind, geen roller.

使い方はニョッキを1つずつ押し付けながら作るのだが、不精な私は棒状にした後、これを軽く押し当ててからカットする。フォークで一つずつ溝をつけていた手間が省け楽になった。

This item was pictured with gnocchi roller/extractor and it was not included. I would have chosen to purchase a less expensive board, but chose this as roller was supposed to be included, but was not. Board itself is small, but useable. Disappointed with purchase.

I'm not a professional chef by any stretch of the imagination, but this thing works as described. It's fairly sturdy and should do the trick as a once-in-a-while gnocchi paddle.

I really looked over all the gnocchi makers offered before deciding on this one and my research paid off! It is an excellent quality and design and came with an extra pasta making tool shaped like a dowel. Excellent value.

Went to a pasta making class and bought this and an ATLAS pasta maker the next day. Mix the semolina flour with water, kneed it together, let sit in the fridge to harden slightly. Cut it into a small square and use this and your thumb to make perfect pasta.$12 for the flour and a couple bucks for this and you’ll wish you did it sooner. It makes perfect noodles as long as you don’t push too hard and you made the dough right.

This little gadget does the job just fine, albeit a tad small for my huge hairless fire seared hands. My biggest complaint with most handled widgets is the handle always tends to be far too small. The angle on this board is designed to help anchor it at the proper angle while rolling gnocchi. I wanted to try the angle cut on this one to see if it facilitated dropping gnocchi onto parchment while making larger batches. The angle did allow less drop and damaged to delicate dumpling but as far as steadying the board during production, it works no different than a board without the angle...a big fail...at least at first! After futzing around a bit I found an unconventional grip that made the angle work beautifully with my monster mitts. See the photo!Avoid the varieties with the stupid little sticks as it just a way to gouge you a few extra dollars. There are no substitutes for your fingers. This board is plenty big enough now with my newly discovered grip and I find no need for a larger board. You can only roll one gnocchi at a time and this smaller board takes up less space in my gadget drawer.

I love this gnocchi board! It was inexpensive, and it is small and easy to store. It works wonderfully to put the grooves in my gnocchi. It took me a little bit of practice, and some help from internet videos, but I finally mastered the technique. I have wanted this for a long time and I'm so happy that I finally purchased it. I will never make "flat" gnocchi again!
