I ordered this laptop stand becuase i needed one for my desk. I wanted a way to raise my laptop a few inches as I'm using it as a second monitor and auxiliary pc on my office desk. Well it does work good it can be a bit tippy.The tablet is solid aluminum. It comes fully assembled out of the box. It has slats in the back for the laptop to get ventilation and pads on the bottom and top to keep it from sliding around . You can adjust it in lots of different angles and heights. Being aluminum it is not too heavy . This is both good and bad because if you put it at too high of a angle the stand with your laptop or tablet can easily tip over.I do like it though. Works nice and looks cool. I would say it is great for just having your screen higher. Not the best for working on but adequate. I can recommend it for lighter smaller laptops and tablets. If your pc is heavy and big it may not be the best. Thanks.

I appreciate how the ventilation helps keep my laptop running cooler during long work sessions.What keeps this from being perfect? The adjustment mechanism feels a bit stiff initially, and while it’s marketed as portable, it’s not quite as compact as dedicated travel stands. That said, it’s still reasonably easy to move between rooms.For the price point, this stand delivers exactly what most people need - better ergonomics, decent cooling, and compatibility with virtually any laptop. Got this to replace a stand that I quite frankly couldn't stand (no pun intended) the design of. This is a much better option. It's solid and sturdy; almost to much so. It can be a bit tricky to adjust the positioning once the computer is on there, but that also means you know your computer isn't going to go anywhere once it's on.A very solid product that looks great too.

Works exactly as I expected. Perfect for my 15 inch gaming laptop.This product feels like it's made of quality materials, it is very sturdy. The aluminum has a nice finish and the rubber grip pads leave the same impression. This product is perfect for elevating my laptop to the same level as my monitors when it is docked. The stand is very adjustable in both angle and height. As described on the product page, it is possible to position the stand in a way that the stand is unstable. This was not an issue for me, unless I intentionally positioned it with the laptop in a very awkward position.The hinges are a little stiff, and it can be hard to adjust, but once it's in my preferred position, it does not sag, drift or move on its own.I can highly recommend this.

I love this all-metal laptop and tablet stand!Build quality is premium - it has a beautiful aluminum finish and it supports an enormous amount of weight. It takes a good amount of effort to articulate the joints on this stand so it's made to be set up and forgotten about. If you want a stand that is really easy to change around this might not be what you are looking for. There are good quality feet (rubber pads) on the bottom that keep the stand from sliding around your desktop, too.I found that it works beautifully for the largest tablets, too (Samsung Galaxy Tab Ultra at about ~15 inches) and keeps your device safely separated from the metal parts of the stand with heavy duty rubber/silicone pads. You can easily put your tablet in landscape or portrait mode and game on it with this stand - it stays securely in place assuming you have even a slight tilt backwards.Highly recommended - this is a really good quality laptop and tablet stand!

My desktop computer is getting older and my newer laptop is more powerful, so I find myself working on my laptop more often than the desktop lately. For that reason, I wanted to find a stand that would be able to elevate my laptop at a comfortable angle for working or doing Zoom meetings. This ergonomic laptop stand and riser offers sturdy support for my laptop and has many adjustable height options (1.88"-9.88") to stabilize my 16" MacBook and bring it to my eye level. Works with all kinds of laptops from 10"-16".The whole thing is made from a strong metal that isn't too heavy, but is very stable. YOu have to use a little strength to adjust the rods to get it into the correct position, but the benefit of that is that it will not start to slip or sag on you - it maintains its position once set. The non-slip silicone pads holds it my laptop in place and protects it from scratches which is a huge bonus and adds stability to the unit.When folded down flat, it is 2.3" thick, so you can easily fit it into a backpack or your laptop case and have it travel with you. WOuld probably be great on a train or airplane tray table. You could also sit on your couch with an external/bluetooth keyboard and have the laptop on your coffee table or at the kitchen table or island etc, making your work station more flexible. The open design that allows for airflow/heat dissipation is a great design feature -- no more hot electronics in your lap and no more overheating devices.Really happy with this product so far and planning to spend lots of time happily using it in the future, you can't beat the price honestly! It's super well made for what I think it a low price, I would have paid a lot more honestly than the sticker price.

I recently acquired a new laptop and I was getting annoyed that It wasn't really level and I wanted it to get off the desk so it's able to get some cross breeze. i decided that when I have the laptop parked on my desk I would go ahead and get it on a stand and connect it to a wired keyboard I have laying around.This stand is the perfect size and super sturdy! I really don't have much desk space and I have a "cooling pad", but that thing is a giant and will use up literally half of my desk (maybe not that much but it certainly feels like it). What I really like is that it does take some effort to contort it to the perfect height and level, and you may think that's a downside, but it makes me feel comfortable that this thing won't fail!On the actual laptop holder part, there's multiple rubber pads along with two "hooks" at the bottom. This is to keep the laptop in place and stable in case you were to nudge into it while getting up or shifting stuff around your desk. I've also grabbed my heavy gaming style laptop to see if it could hold it up, and it certainly did!Overall, for the price you pay, you're getting an amazing deal. I would not be afraid to put any sort of expensive laptop on this stand, it's going to hold up and perform its function extremely well!

The laptop stand is well built. Very secure and set in-place once adjusted where I wanted it.Construction:The stand is mostly aluminum. The arms appear to be all aluminum. The base for the entire stand and the laptop base appears to be a piece of hard insulating material sandwiched between two, thin sheets of aluminum. Considering this is for a unit that typically weighs under 5 pounds, this is more than enough to be sturdy for any laptop.The hinges are secure and solid. I took off the stickers that cover the hinge joints. I don't see any bolts or screws to tighten. But it is securely held in place by something that provides friction. Unsure if this can be tightened if it ever becomes too loose. But for my use, I don't plan on adjusting it often. Therefore not an issueUsability:Set once and it's done. It's going to stay set, where it's been set. I can't say for sure whether the sturdiness of the hinges will hold up after frequent adjustment. Time will tell.The rubber skid pad along with the front lip, which also has a rubber skid pad, gives me peace of mind that the laptop isn't going to accidentally slide off, even at steep angles.Also, the ventilation opening, where the stand meets the laptop plus the aluminum material appears to do a good job with heat dissipation.Overall, an excellent laptop stand.
