Thank you so much for your quick response & help with an extension kit. The original tile to be installed was changed out to a different style. The thickness resulted in the handles not fitting. Thank you for an extension for the shower valves so we don’t have to tear the wall apart to reset them!!

A follow up review to mention how great their customer service is. Had a question about operation of the shower and they went over and above in assisting me in solving the situation. Overall a great product that I have enjoyed but hats off to their customer service also!

***update***The company have reached out and sent replacement parts very good company to work with and his loyal to their customers. Installed new parts working perfectly now!Old review*Bought in end of 2021 and and installed mid 2022. The grab handle shower top piece fill off with them a week. In the shower head rappers get clogged extremely fast. Also water is shut off the head collects water and unable to clear up.

Looks absolutely beautiful installed. We purchased in this in 2023, but wasn't installed until 2024, we recently noticed some rust and they were so quick to respond and replace the hose! GREAT customer service!

Customer service is awesome.Cartridge leaks are real. Btw the cartridge model is hard to determine wo taking it out. From what i can tell is n40hko kh0908zy.Since saw some additional damage but Tbd what damage occurred and whyAlthough they were closed on the day i inquired, they were very prompt on emailing me. They offered replacement parts (cartridge and other decorative features) for free.I had noticed a leak. Removing the collar on the faucet is near impossible without some damage (it is an odd design imo) to replace cartridge. And like other brands finding a part number is difficultInitially installed in 2019, customer service was great in offering replacement partsSince i was having leakage issues, i ordered a similar set The actual valve is configured differently so a plumber would have a more difficult issue on a tile pony wall to do a quick swap-out. I will keep the newer model even though the valve is differetStill having a cartridge leak. But not messing with it until i get the other spare partObtw the cartridge nut seems to be 1 3/16 if using a socket vs channel locksDesign issue maybe. We had enjoyed the shower until the recent water issues

Purchased for bathroom renovation. New plumbing installed with 3/4 pipe transitioning to 1/2 at connection to ensure water pressure was strong. At completion spray wand had no pressure. Took apart at inside connection brown yuck was clogging inside the showerhead... cleaning helped but it wasn't enough. Replaced with a black new shower head for $16.99 that simply screwed onto hose of system and pressure is now strong enough to power wash the walls. Will keep original as a back up. Installed 3 months ago, I do not have hard water, and now I see (and feel) the clogged rainfall spray nozzles that are no longer flowing water. Ceiling mounted, so I don't want to get the ladder to continually clean and unclog... considering just purchasing a black replacement rainfall showerhead to see the difference. Rainfall is straight down; No door setup with fixed 36x72 glass wall - 30" gap between showerhead and top of glass with no water spraying out of shower area.The water installation area had chimney behind the wall, so I had to bump out wall to fit size of assemled valve unit to be flush behind wall. No other issues with installation or leaking of any pieces at connections. Visible unit pieces still look great with no show of wear from everyday usage. Caught a deal for @ $160 on the full package and would definitely repurchase this system!!!
