Has potential to be a great mower, but it cannot handle any incline whatsoever. Rides too low and only has RWD with poor traction. Did not work for my yard.

I really wanted to like this mower. I would like to return it, but it was scratched while mowing.It mows over areas it has already mowed. At times it spends around like it has a mental problem. It seems to get lost and wonders around.The good is it mows very well. A lot better than I can mow. The company support is very good.A word of advice. All the people that review these types of mowers really do not tell you the downside. If they did, no one would send them mowers to review.

It’s cute! super easy to set up and works well on my lawn. My mum loves it, she actually figured out how to use it faster than I did, which says a lot! The design is really sleek and it doesn’t make much noise, so we can still enjoy the yard while it’s running. our lawn is slightly uneven but it works surprisingly well. Honestly, it’s been doing such a good job that we don’t need a gardener anymore. Definitely worth it, especially if you want something low-maintenance and effective.

Update One Month Later:Short answer: I'm loving it, but it's probably not right for everyone.Don't buy if:- You have a really complicated/bumpy/large/fenced/dog dooty'd yard.- You don't like fiddling with technologyOtherwise, it's pretty fantastic. I'm crossing my fingers that Eufy will update the app:- Better zone control. If your front yard & back are connected via grass they're forced to be a single zone- Mows the center of your yard and then does the edges. That's not great when it can't finish a whole mow in a single day, then you just have a bunch of bad edges. Wish it did edges first.- "Real vision" map doesn't work, just shows colored in areas- Needs ability to set striping per zone, not for the entire yard so it doesn't try to cut narrow areas in the short direction.Sounds like a lot of complaints, but it's out there doing the work! I'm glad I got it.

This is definitely game change for our backyard. It is fully automated and we used it on our phone that can start working right away. It helped us to decide the length of grass we wanted and can do all grass work on its own without need to make big changes at all. The only thing would be other non-ground related landscape would still need to be done manually. But definitely saved a lot of work and time.

Having a freshly cut lawn is important but also hard-work, since I want my front and backyard to look amazing, so I was incredibly surprised when my sister bought me this mower to handle it all for me! It was incredibly easy to install, downloaded the app, connected to WiFi and done. Wonderful job eufy! Saves me time and effort. Even my dog loves it!

I have had a great experience so far. The setup was literally 5 minutes. The auto map was insanely smart. Yes there are some bugs but that is to be expected when the mower is brand new (think of the first generation of teslas). I have been super impressed with the customer service. I am part of the beta testing program as well and most of the bugs I have found have been fixed. As far as the manual selection of a zone or creating manual spots where you would like the mower to mow, that is coming in may 2025.
