I have had this for three days and run continuously it works great! I mean freaking great! But I have had to figure a few things out first of all I have a shag rug that it won’t run on so I needed to figure out a zone to keep it off the rug. The map is confusing. It’s great that it only turns a circle and it maps the whole house but I have 2000 square feet on the first floor but it only setup three rooms. That will make it hard to just mop the kitchen and be done. But I did turn it on and left the house and it cleaned the whole house with no errors message. Just wish the map was easier to work with and it would rise high enough to do my shag rug. I feel like I got a maid!

Love my new Eureka! It does exactly everything I want it to. It dumps multiple times during a cleaning session preventing clogging. You can schedule one room or the whole house. You can vacuum and mop or just vacuum or just mop! It actually cuts the hair off the roller after cleaning. Washes and dries the mop pads after mopping! Truly impressed and so happy I finally found the right machine! (after 3 different models)

This is my second of this particular robot. First one I had didn’t do a very good job of mopping up mild spots when I first got it, but then I found a setting in the app that allowed me to turn up the amount of water it used when mopping. That made a huge difference, and I was very happy with it performance after that. Unfortunately, that robot broke after a few months. Called Eureka and they told me they would be giving me a refund for it. After that, they started giving me the runaround, asking me to send them the same pieces of paper over and over again. Long story, short, I still haven’t gotten the refund for that robot. When I thought I was getting a refund, I bought another one, because I was basically happy with the way the first one worked. The new one, though, lost the setting to adjust the mop water in the updated app. As a result of that, the thing won’t clean up even mild spots in the kitchen, from dog, drool, dog footprints, etc. Eureka’s customer service was unable to help, so it’s getting returned. I had very high hopes for this robot, being that it was a very well-known company. Their customer service is far less than adequate, though, and I don’t think I will buy another Eureka product again.
