Let's discuss this vacuum. My son named it "Yeet" in the hopes that it would yeet the dirt out of the house. This is NOT my first robot vacuum. I've never wanted to spend Roomba money just to not vacuum, but I also really dislike vacuuming. Conundrum. So I "kidnapped" my mom's BobSweep (another brand of robot vacuum) because she couldn't use it because her dogs don't like to pee and poo outside when it's raining- and we live in Oregon. So Bob sat at my mom's for awhile before I kidnapped him for my dog free home.Bob was useless. Ramming into things, getting stuck on transitions between rugs and bare floors, getting stuck halfway under kitchen cupboards, being unable to find his base before he died in my tiny 750 sq ft house. He once was even stuck under my queen size bed for no reason. Sadly, my bed is up against the wall and he was in the furthest corner so I had to beat Bob with a broom to get him out. Why am I telling you so much about Bob while reviewing Yeet? Because I want to to know what a more expensive than Yeet knockoff is like. I hated Bob, and when he died, I didn't shed a single tear, because I still had to vacuum all my rugs after he'd gone over them. Useless. So then I ordered my Yeet. I didn't have high hopes after my experiences with Bob, but at the price, I figured that if Yeet was anything like Bob, he could just go back to Amazon as a failure. I LOVE YEET.I just moved in with my grandmother to care for her, and her house is much larger than mine. While there's not a lot of traffic in or out of the house, pets, etc, there's a STUPID amount of dust. I was dusting and vacuuming daily and I was really over the vacuuming bit because her house is easily three times the size of mine.Yeet is MAGICAL. He fits under kitchen and bathroom cupboard overhangs, goes under my bed, transitions from rugs to bare floors seamlessly, and even handles the atrocious shaggy rug that my mom put in the master bathroom.Yeet has yet to finish the entire house because he fills up with lint and dust before he can. I was vacuuming daily and he's STILL getting that much. I cannot tell you how much I love my little Yeet, and at this price point? Untouchable. The reviews are real, Yeet is love. Yeet is life.

This was originally $150 but amazon offered a $50 coupon with purchase so I got this alot cheaper than the competition. It doesn't map, it isn't Alexa compatible, you can't program it with a schedule and it is controlled by a quick and simple remote. I just hit the button and let Jeeves go to work. Yep, his name is Jeeves. My personal butler. The default setting is Auto Clean, but also has edging and circle? I think. But, right out of the box I turned it on and hit the start button and off went Jeeves. Amazed me that my little 1 bedroom apartment filled up the compartment (which is a decent size). I usually sweep my hardwood floors every day. Apparently I wasn't doing a good enough job. His route is pretty random and he went for about 45 minutes out of the box before whining for a break and going to his charger. But, he covered 2 rooms and got almost every area. This is a nifty little robot for cheap. Nothing fancy, but does the job.I give it 5 stars, but be warned, when I received it, I assume it was a returned model, because I opened up the compartment and the filters were dirty and there was debris inside. But, I'm no prude and couldn't care less really. It worked flawlessly, except when he snagged my daughter's flipflops and I had to yell "No Jeeves, the shoes stay there." I snagged them from him and he turned and ran the other way, ignoring me, but cleaning.Seriously though. A good product for the price and it really does clean up the hardwood nicely and even my welcome mat and small area rug in front of the couch. Good stuff.
