Nice quality. It doesn't stay completely stuck, but I using it on a doggy door with weird angles. I bet it works perfect on a flat surface.

Instructions were very good. An extra screw was provided for in each part bag, minimizing the chance that I might drop some tiny part and spend hours looking for it. Well thought out!
