Got these for hitting the speed bag. Good support and they also absorb a lot of the stress from hitting the bag. They’re kind of difficult to remove from sweaty hands but I can deal with that. I haven’t used them enough to judge their durability

These worked well for training, but I found that it's worth the time to properly wrap your hands as opposed to just using these. I still use them just to save time if I'm working more drills on speed that day, or if I'm just fooling around outside of actual training time. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.
