I do several poses on my knuckles when I am doing yoga, and these are perfect!! It saves my wrists from having to do poses with my palms flat. Worth every penny! This is the second time I have bought the same gloves!

I love these hand wraps! I kickbox a few times a week, and the gloves I was using did not have the wrist support or extra padding that I wanted. I did not want to buy expensive gloves and still have a lack of wrist support, so my trainer suggested hand wraps. I'm usually rushing to the gym and do not have the time (nor the patience) to wrap my hands 10-15 minutes before my class, so I decided to try the Everlast Evergel Hand Wraps. I did read some reviews that said they split open or got stinky after a few months, but I figured that for the cost, they would be worth a try. They definitely exceeded my expectations. They are quick and easy to put on before my workouts, have extra padding on the knuckles, and keep my wrists supported at all times. They fit right under my gloves without too tight of a fit. They've lasted longer than my boxing gloves, and work well with my new pair. They will split if you wear them solely, but under gloves, they are still well intact.As far as the smell, I've not had a single issue. My hands get very sweaty, and I was expecting them to get gross after a few workouts, but it's been over 6 months, and they have no smell. I always air them out after my class, and I've not had any problems.I would recommend them for anyone who needs extra padding or wrist support under boxing gloves.

buy these if you are looking for alternative to wraps; provides extra protection for your knuckles. i'm 48 taking boxing with a bag in a gym class, these saved my knuckles immediately from the soreness i was having. wash and air dry and they're holding up well. i use these 3 times a week for an hour each class; they're being well used and it shows. a little loose in the fingers showing some wear but they've been through at my calculation 480 hours of use and for what I paid and what they do I'd buy them again and again. They really do help. Wish the wrist had a little more support and came up a little higher to help with that like the wraps would do but otherwise, they are perfect!

These maybe not the absolute BEST gloves out there, but they are secure, and good enough to protect our hands from injury on some mild jabbing and punching we do in "Jab Class" at the YMCA. I bought 2 pair, one for me and one for my workout buddy. She likes them too!Could have a bit more gel padding, but really, for what we use them for (fitness, occasional punching/jabbing etc..) these fit the bill nicely. Hands did get sweaty after a good workout (but isn't that the point of a good workout?!!), but these do not loose it's shape or relax too much on your hand, and they hold very secure. I ordered the LARGE and unless you have a DAINTY SMALL PETITE hand, do NOT order the medium! THESE RUN SMALL. I have a LARGE hand and these were ALMOST a little too snug, but they fit and are very secure. My friend has a medium to smaller sized hand, and the LARGE fit her perfectly as well.Nice color too, stands out from the rest of the class, and with the EVERLAST name too. So at least we may look like we are serious.. hehe ... I don't regret the purchase, and recommend them. For anyone truly in "Boxing"... not sure if these would be good or not, I can only speak to what I've used them for.

I got these mainly for working with the heavy bag, but also for the occasional sparring. I mainly practice with a heavy bag and wanted something I can easily put on and get going without much effort. These seemed like a great alternative to actual hand wraps. I got the medium and they fit perfectly! They go on nice and snug and the Velcro holds the wrist nice and tight. It also adds extra cushioning around my knuckles which is great! They are very high quality and seem to be holding up perfectly (I use them in the Everlast Pro Style Training Gloves 8oz). The Velcro at the bottom can be pulled tight to easily ensure that the wrist stays in the proper position, and as long as you Velcro them straight you do not have an issue with the Velcro rubbing your wrist/arm. If you do not do it straight you will feel the edge rub your skin, but if you make sure it is straight it is a perfect fit and offers great support for your wrist, knuckles and hand in general.I am very happy with these! They are a great alternative to wrapping your hands manually, they fit great and as long as they are put on properly (Velcro is nice and straight) you do not have any rubbing. I highly recommend these for the support and comfort and mainly the convenience of not having to wrap your hands! Highly recommend!! --Also, to note, these are hand wraps, not boxing gloves, they are just an alternative to the long hand wraps that you wrap around and through your hands. These are not gloves and are to be worn under the gloves.

This is my second pair. The previous one I bought about 18 months ago and after using it 3 times a week for the last year and half, the right hand started to rip over the knuckles. The fit well under my boxing gloves as well. I have purchased the medium and I have small hands. My wrists are 6 inches around and my hand is 3 inches wide across my knuckles. The medium fits fine. Even though the right hand glove is ripping I still think this is a very good pair of wraps as they have taken quite a bit of abuse from me during my Krav and boxing training. I have friends with the same gloves and theirs are fine. I also wash them often, just trow in the wash but hang to dry. The do tend to get a bit smelly after a couple of workouts, hence the washing it often. So maybe some antibacterial soap can help with that as well.
