I ordered this to replace an old heat gun that was long ago misplaced. This heats up faster than I remember that one working and does the same good job of removing stickers, smoothing out a plastic gouge on a kayak, and peeling paint off and old shed that its predecessor did. I did not use the attachments because I didn't need to, but they come with it should you decide to try them. Good value for the price.

Good low cost heat gun. I like that you can stand it up vertically. I have been using it is the shop for a couple of months now and it has done a good job. It will not replace my digitally controlled guns but for many uses it is just fine and the price is good.

I have never had a heat gun before and picked up the Excited Work 1500W Heat Gun to help with my wifes crafts and to help me strip some paint.The gun comes in the box with an instruction manual, numerous nozzle adapters and a handle. The manual is basically useless and rates a 1 star. It gives no information on what any of the nozzles or handle are used for at all. It really is poorly done. For the life of me I can't figure out what the handle is actually used for!The heat gun itself works great. It heats up in seconds and gets VERY hot. There are two settings; low and high. When it was on high, I was able to feel the heat from over 3 feet away! I have no worries that this won't get the paint off quickly at all. The one thing I don't like is that, after I turn it off there was some smoke from the nozzle. I don't know if that is just some initial protective oil burning off or not but I will keep an eye on it.I think that the Excited Work heat gun is going to do exactly what I need it to do. The gun itself rates is great, unfortunately, the manual is a major problem if, like me, you don't know anything about heat guns. For only $20, I think it's a good buy and is definitely going to give you your money's worth.

I get it that the average person may not need directions to use this heat gun, but I still had to subtract a star for just how pathetic they are. Otherwise, it's a good useful tool that serves it's purpose.
