I purchased the 4 dog kit. Only received 3 collars. Instructions are not clear on how to install. Had to google installation. I wished to return product because it does not cater to my needs. After sending a request to the seller it said I have no items to return.

Happy with this product in every way........ Except the cheap surge protector. I ordered one from another company as a substitute and am hoping to get a credit for the cost of the one that came with the fence. Basically was able to train my two dogs within a day to stay inside their fenced yard.Five star with a good surge protector.

Love this fencing! Great to keep our dogs safe and contained in our yard. Customer service is UNBELIEVABLE!! Matt S was so helpful and resolved my issue of a missing item. Absolutely amazing product!!! We have two acres of mostly woods and it was super simple to lay out and after six months is still in perfect shape and we’ve have zero breaks in the line, even when trees fell on it during a storm. Four months in I had an issue when trying to switch out my collar bands and broke my transponder boxes. Customer service was AMAZING and worked with me several times to get all the right pieces and get my system back in order. If you’ve been debating which electric dog fence to go with, THIS is the one. My pack of four has never been happier and dog life has never been easier for me since investing in this.

Purchased this this year and installed on a little over an acre. Was easy to install. We have 5 dogs all with collars it works great!! One of our dogs is a little hard headed and the fence keeps her in the yard with no problem!! Also, got great customer service too!! Would highly recommend this system!!

Our 4 dogs loved to run when our gate opened. After looking at putting up a physical fence, a friend recommended an underground fence. While skeptical, it seemed to be worth a try. Boy are we happy with our choice. The invisible fence works beyond our expectations. It was easy to install and the dogs were easily trained. The biggest surprise was the tech support. Extreme Dog Fence company provides outstanding support for their product 7 days a week. The techs walked through our questions with the expertise seldom witnessed in today’s global marketplace. This is an excellent company to deal with.

This underground fence is definitely a Great investment!! Miso (our 5 month old lab puppy) actually learned the whole routine very quickly and easily. We have it set for a 10' "leeway" and the correction rate is set at 3. She weighs about 45 lbs. and has been "shocked" only twice, and once it was my fault, not hers! The beep is enough to make her run back into her "safe zone." We enclosed 2 different yards, one was about 1/2 acre and the other was about 2 acres. We did rent a trencher, which made installing the wire quite easy. Both yards were installed in under a day. Now if we could just teach her everything else she needs to know as quickly.

We live on a farm and have about three acres fenced in around the house. We needed something to keep our four large dogs from going down our open driveway. We installed the Extreme Dog Fence in a loop, putting it in the asphalt (sawed a trench and covered it back up), down both sides of the board fence, and in a PVC pipe in the cattle guard across the end of the driveway. Three of the dogs only needed a level 2 shock, but our third girl had to have level 3. All four girls now have the utmost respect for that line in the pavement! They keep the collars on all day because we have a doggie door. At the end of the day I take them off and put them in a basket on the door near the mudroom where we have a gate to keep them from going out at night.
