Good to have if the pill in question is hard to swallow, plus it’s a good idea to have a back up just in case something happens to the first one.

I need to cut tiny thyroid pills in half and this cutter can’t do this. The pills need to be at least 3/8” or 5mm wide in order for it to work. Otherwise, it is a very nice pill cutter.

Ok for bigger pills, but little pills are mashed; not a clean cut at all.

Every pill I tried to cut turned into crumbles. The package came with two and they were both equally as bad. Don't waste your money.
