I bought this pillow for back massage. When using this pillow, my neck can remain straight and my head, neck and shoulders can all be completely relaxed. The memory foam is of good quality and the pillow is very thick, ensuring that your face doesn't touch the bed. There are sufficient gaps on both sides to allow air flow, so you won't feel suffocated even if you lie down for a long time. The openings of many face pillows are too small, and the face often feels pressed against the eyes. This upside-down pillow has a larger facial opening. My eyes are completely free and not oppressed at all. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the comfort of this pillow.

I bought it after my eye surgery. It was exactly what I needed. The contour design is excellent. When I lie face down, it can perfectly support my head and neck without exerting pressure on sensitive areas. When I was resting face down, I used it for nearly an hour at a time. It remained comfortable without being too hot or too hard. The detachable cover is also an advantage, which makes it easy to clean. I also gave it a try when doing a back massage, and the effect was very good. If you need to rest comfortably and safely on the ground, I fully recommend it.

I bought this massage pillow and have been using it for massages. It has been a great investment in my massage experience! As someone who loves massages but often finds it uncomfortable to lie on my stomach for long periods of time, this pillow has really made me feel better. It supports my face well and allows me to breathe easily and comfortably during massages.One tip I found helpful is to leave it unpacked for at least 2 hours as recommended. This way the pillow will support me better when I lay on it. It's more comfortable.Beautiful design - fits my face perfectly and allows me to maintain a relaxed position during the massage. There is no uncomfortable pressure and my breathing is not hindered at all. The pillow is soft and comfortable to use for long periods of time. All in all, this pillow enhances my massage experience. Worth buying!

I’ve been using this pillow for beach days and it’s been great. The design with the hollow center keeps my face off the sand and lets me breathe while lying face-down. The memory foam is just the right balance of soft and firm, so my neck doesn’t get sore. It makes relaxing so much more enjoyable. Also it’s easy to clean and lightweight design makes it easy to carry around.

I use this face-down massage pillow for both massages and sunbathing, and it has really changed my daily routine! I use this pillow during my at home yoga sessions or when I’m just chilling on the floor. I pull it out a couple of times a week, especially for upper body stretches or when I need a quick face down rest. Function wise, the pillow’s curved fit face nicely when I am lying fac down. I use it on my yoga mat for back stretches, and it’s comfortable that not having to worry about my face smushing into the floor. The material feels soft against my skin, smooth enough that it doesn’t irritate, even if I’m resting on it for a bit. The support is medium, I also like it for short breaks. I just sink into it for a minute or two after a stretch, and it feels cozy. There is the space underneath for air to flow, so it doesn’t get stuffy

This massage pillow is breathable on three sides and is much more comfortable than ordinary pillows. The hardness of the memory foam is just right. It will not collapse or hurt your face. The hollow design in the middle is very considerate, and allows for smooth breathing without pressing your nose. The size is moderate, and the pillowcase can be removed and washed. It is vacuum packed and can rebound in a short time, but it has a little smell when it is just unpacked, and it needs to be dried to dissipate. The price is acceptable. For people who often need to lie prone, it is still worth having, but it is not suitable for people who are used to sleeping on their sides. It is mainly for lying prone.
