I recently got this chair mat to protect my hardwood floor, and it has been a great addition to my home office. Unlike those bulky plastic mats that tend to crack or curl at the edges, this one is soft yet durable, staying in place without sliding around. The backing has a nice grip that keeps it steady while still allowing my chair to roll smoothly. It does a great job of preventing scuffs and scratches from my chair wheels, and it even helps reduce noise when I’m moving around.One of the best things about this mat is that it’s machine washable. Instead of struggling to clean a plastic mat, I can just toss this in the wash when needed, and it comes out looking good as new. It also lays flat pretty quickly after unrolling, which is a plus since some mats take forever to settle. The material feels high-quality, and I like the vintage-style pattern—it adds a bit of character to my workspace instead of just being a plain mat.If I had to point out one minor issue, it’s that the mat does come with a few creases from being folded for shipping. This chair rug looks great and does the job. I really like that it has the non-slip bottom so you don't have to have second non-slip pad under it. It seems really well made and I think it will hold up to a lot of rolling. It really works well to keep your chair from rolling out of control and it will protect the wood floor from scratches. A win all around.

I recently ordered the "Falflor Office Chair Mat for Hardwood Floor, 36"x48", Desk Chair Mat for Rolling Chairs, Non-Slip Computer Chair Mat for Hard Floors, Washable Low Pile Office Rug Under Desk Mat for Home Office."I initially had something different in mind when I ordered this chair mat. I have a weirdly shaped space at my front door, and I haven't been able to find a doormat that fits well. It's either too big and hits my stairs or too small for anyone to stand on.This mat is the perfect size! I was so excited to use it, especially since we've had a lot of snow and many wet and salty shoes and boots coming into the house.I love that it's thin yet looks very durable. It works well for wiping feet when people enter my home. What I appreciate most is that it can be easily washed in my washing machine! I don’t put it in the dryer, and it doesn't take long to air dry.This is a big win for me. It's the small things that bring me joy, and this doormat definitely does!

This rug does not fit my chair area. It really is too short and narrow for a computer chair. I can either have some of the rug under my desk for my feet and not enough rug in the back of my chair, when I push away from the desk there is no more rug for the chair.If I put the rug so that I can push away from the desk and not scratch the floor then I don't have enough rug for my feet and I don't care for that.The folds are still in the rug even after laying flat for 8 days. I think the backing, which makes for a super grippey rug and that is great for a computer desk chair, but not for getting it to lay flat.
