Product had been previously opened and than returned with parts missing and than shipped out to me. Very disappointing to receive it missing parts.

I was so excited to get this and was totally bummed to find out it was missing parts. A really important one at that. It was missing the cylinder sleeve coupler, (Im not sure what it is called)But I was unable to use it and break 'er in. Instead i repackaged everything thing as it was and had to return it. 😞

It was easy to set-up fits in accessory holes of saw. Does a great job with dust toward rear of saw. However a lot of dust to the front of saw. I bought this hood because it's too cold in garage, so I set-up my saw in basement. I had to clean up every few minutes, too much sawdust up front. Very pricey for a okay job.

Larger than expected but it works very well. Still get dust from my DW718 but removing the entire dust collection tube may help. Much cleaner than the mess it made before. Collapses for storage in its own bag...nice feature

I bought this version since I'm a hobbyist woodworker. Did not need the weather proof version. Plus when I'm outside this is not used. I use this in my basement to contain the dust. I installed a 4" plastic mini gulp baffle in the bottom and hook up to my Jet Cyclone Dust Collector. I had nothing before so this is a tremendous improvement.I actually believe this one works better than if I had purchased the original version. Had to get creative with the mounting but I worked that out. I'm very satisfied for now. Definitely worth considering. Amazon made the purchase effortless.
