I've been using my worm bin for several months now and all the worms are happy and healthy. The spout at the bottom does not leak and is easy to use. There were YouTube videos that show how to use it although it is pretty easy to figure out. Great product!

I got this worm tower because it’s the most stylish one of its kind. I love the purple color. I currently have it in the dining room and it looks like a normal piece of furniture. I’m new to vermicomposting so didn’t know what to expect. Initially had issues w worms escaping but after they were settled in, it was fine. Frankly it feels a bit expensive for what it is. The holes in each try are larger than some other brands.

It arrived on Friday, as Usual the shippers in our area try to break everything they touch, There was a hole in the side of the box and one of the trays was cracked. I contacted seller Friday night, was shocked to get a reply over the weekend. On Tuesday I recieved 2 replacement trays. Bravo for your wonderful customer support.I already had a 4 tray worm farm I bought off Amazon , different brand. Problems with others are the trays are not the same size at the top and bottom, so when you place on each other there is a small gap. That gap allows room for fruit flies and gnats to enter, set up camp and multiply faster than the worms. I live in Missouri, so a few weeks a year it gets too cold for the worms to even be in the garage let alone outside. Not into flying bugs inside my home. These are made same size top and bottom, when one tray is placed upon the lower tray there is no gap whatsoever thus elminating gnats from entering, The lid does have 2 air vents on each side and the water collection tray does have a small gap. Instead of putting newspapers in the bottom tray to keep the worms from getting into the water collection, I siliconed a very small hole screen inside the tray I will keep as my bottom tray, and cut a small piece of screen for the lids air vents and siliconed them in place. Now I have thwarted flying pest from entering and worms from drowning. My worms squealed with delight when they checked into their new colorful home, I looks nice in the home and no smells. This is 50% more expensive than the others but you get what you pay for in life, wish I would of bought this one first. So I wasted $80 on the other one.

I love it. Perfect for my narrow galley kitchen. Each tray holds itself, keeping compost from compacting but unsure if that reduces worms moving upwards. Taking a scoop from lower tray to start next tray. Liquid release awkward to reach .

This is a perfect beginner set up and will yeild compost for a very small garden or a large number of potted plants. It's attractive enough for indoors and so easy to use. As you get good at worm farming or if you want compost for a larger garden you may need a second. At this size, it's not consuming all of the plant waste from a family of four. I wish it had more instructions with it. For example, freeze fruit/veg scraps for 24 hours before thawing and adding it to avoid fruit flies and a reminder to include a "grit" (e.g. eggshells/coffee grounds). Or tips about moving finished trays to the top and fluffing / drying before use to get the worms to migrate.

Arrived on time, and was easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to understand. I am very happily surprised at how sturdy it is. I've only had it for a few months and the worms are already moving through the layers. Hardest part is choosing whether I feed the scraps to the chickens or the worms.
