Very handy having the fine and coarse rasp in both flat and half-round. I use it all the time because my cuts are not that perfect. I've used it to build a maple workbench, two Adirondack rocking chairs, and a table.

I used this for wax carving and it did a good job. Hard wax was easier to carve away and I had the option to use different sides that removed differing amounts of wax.

Haven't tested the quality of the materials yet. The initial impression is positive and I was pleasantly surprised to find a small sheath/bag to keep this in. Nothing fancy, but since I plan to carry this in a pack it's nice to have the sharp areas covered.After use downgraded to 4 stars: The burs from the rasp side pass over the edge onto the file side. This makes it impossible to file. Had to grind off the burs on the edge to clear the file for use.

I really like the tall radius. Most of them are nearly flat. And I like that the grooves go all the way to the edge.
