- With special advanced signal & built-in receive module, the remote control is capable of penetrating walls.
- Adopting signal confidentiality, one register vent can only be controlled by one remote control, but one remote control can be paired with multiple devices.
- How to pair up: First ensure that both the remote control and Vent Pro 2 are powered on, and then point the remote control towards the device and hold the "on" button for 10 seconds. When the Vent Pro 2 issues a 'beep' sound, the pairing is successful.
- Long press the temperature adjustment buttons, the temperature will change automatically, no need of repeated pressing and releasing.
Notes:
- This product has 10 fan speeds. The faster the fan spins, the louder it will be.
- When not changing settings, we recommend staying on the temperature display mode to monitor and accurately gauge the airstream's temperature. Do not use your AC or heater's thermostat reading. It does NOT display the airstream's temperature.
- Please measure duct opening size before ordering.
- The effective range of the remote control is within 32ft.
Installation Notes:
- If you are powering the register fan with an external outlet, run the power cord towards the groove on the side of the register fan, and make sure the cord runs through the gap between the wall and the mounting plate.
- If needed, use the screws included with your register fan; if the screw holes do not align, you may need to drill new holes into your wall.
- For safety and convenient operation, we do not recommend mounting the vent on your ceiling or a place too high on the wall.

I was very skeptical about this product but it works great. The bedrooms in my house are always cold regardless of the temperature in the rest of the house. I set it to 73, I live in New England and hate the cold. What a difference. I only bought one to try it first. I'm definitely buying some for the other rooms. I wish they had some for ceiling vents.Installation is so easy, unscrew and take out your current vent cover and this one sets right in.

I bought this item along with another vent booster fan another drop shipper sold.I tested one and it would consistently beep every few minutes so I returned them. Another negative is the small fans don't move much air unless they run at the higher speeds where they make a lot more noise.The positives are the sensor picked up when my hvac was running and turned the fan on or off and setting the trigger temperatures felt right.

It has helped us through the heat wave, but there are a few things you can’t do with the remote, which is annoying. Maybe it’s the remote.

The fans help pull the warm air into another room. The only problem with these is that the remote controls stop working. Each remote control only works with one fan and out of the four fans that I bought, 3 of the remotes don’t work anymore. One of the remotes didn’t work on day one. I returned one of the 2 packs and the other one I have to turn on and off manually.

My husband installed this unit to harness heat from the back of our basement fireplace to the adjacent bedroom. It works really well and looks very streamlined and good quality installed.

Looks good, way louder than expected on higher settings. Remote works well, one caution, almost all the reviews are not from actual purchasers of the product. I will update on longevity.Well back for an update. I purchased this unit because it had a remote and we cannot access it easily. Either the remote went bad or the unit itself. The light on the remote lights up when you push buttons, but nothing happens on the unit itself. I replaced the battery, still won’t work. So I got about 2 months of use out of this. Not bad for $50…No wonder all the reviews are people who received the unit for free. It’s junk and they can’t sell them based on actual reviews…buyer beware.And at this time, the seller never even bothered to respond to my inquiries about replacing this item…

I bought these because during the winter months, the upstairs rooms in my home always seemed cooler than the rest of the house by several degrees and the vents up there would barely blow any air. After installing these booster vent covers it has made a noticable difference in the room temperatures and consistency between the rooms of my home. None of the remotes were paired initially so did not work out of the box and the instructions omitted the information on how to pair them up. I had to contact the seller to obtain the remote pairing information, but once I had it they began working great. Oh, and in case you need to pair the remotes, simply point the remote at the vent, then hold down the remote's power button until the vent beeps. YW! Overall, I'm happy with these and glad they are helping to maintain consistent temperatures inside of my home.
