Great monitor at an affordable price. It is very bright, even in daylight and has a wide viewing angle. Does catch some glare due to the smooth screen surface, but a shade would help with that. The colors are fantastic and true. The monitor has multiple mounting points for different types of rigs and includes the video cable needed to connect to your camera. Touchscreen is responsive and allows you to access some of its features for monitoring video quality. Running 4k video I got about 2 hrs out of the included battery which isn’t bad.

Lets get out of the way right now that this feels in your hand like something that quality. Nice aluminum all around, buttons feel lice, and man does that screen look nice. From all angles too; great off-axis viewing. I do like that they included 1/4" mounts on all sides so you have a lot of freedom positioning it just the way you want. The physical buttons allow for turning a couple features on and off easily and the touchscreen works well for everything else. My problem has been it seems really picky with its input signals. I have an older Nikon D5100 that can do up to 1080i and I get freezing on the screen every few seconds. I'm wondering if it's the interlacing because I have no issue with 720p. I know it can do higher because I plugged a chromecast with 4k into it and to worked just fine BUT... only at 30fps. 4k60 would work for a few seconds then the whole screen goes static. I also fed a laptop into it playing 4k video and the battery went from full to turning off in exactly 1 hour and 37 minutes. Not exactly long lasting so probably good to have another power source for longer shoots. Good news is that it has several powering options and because it's a pretty standard batter there are larger options. I like the monitor but they need to sort out signal compatibility to make this a real winner.

Works great. The size is nice. Big enough to see well and not so big that it is in the way. Brightness is very good. Very easy to use. Seems to be made well.

Actually was pretty taken aback by the quality of the field monitor. It's got a stunning screen that does run full 4k at 60hz. It's crazy seeing the output from an A7S3 or the R5Mark2 and just see how vivid and beautiful it looks even in full daylight. I found the colors on the screen to be close to accurate, or at least close enough to not be off-putting.Build quality is TOP Notch. Super nice milling on the case, feels really industrial professional. If you hid the logo I would of assumed it would of been a $300+ field monitor from an industry giant.The view angles are very good, and the nits was great. Using the touchscreen is very easy and there's a lot of useful tools for metering/composition/etc that's super quick and easy to access if you need it.The NP-F battery on the back is loaded in a vertical orientation so it kept the balance pretty great. I was able to run the monitor and my camera off a vmount for HOURS. Using the supplied NP-F battery I was able to get a good couple hours running off of it, and running it off USB-C was fine.The monitors really awesome. Only thing it's missing is a sunshade when compared to other manufactures monitors from the same price range such as OSEE or Viltrox, but it's really not that much of an issue.

This field monitor is absolutely stunning. It comes with so many different ways to attach it to your camera or camera cage, and it comes with basically everything you need to start using it which is a huge plus. The mini hdmi cable works perfectly and is pretty lightweight and the monitor cold shoe is very solid and not cheap feeling.The monitor comes in a solid box and comes with a carrying case with everything inside. The monitor can be charged 3 ways and even comes with a battery in case you just want to be as portable as possible, but the USB-C power delivery is extremely convenient to have.The monitor's touchscreen capabilities are amazing and the brightness and functionality is amazing. The monitor is also very lightweight and doesn't add to much bulk to a video rig. It feels incredibly premium and the entire monitor itself is made of metal, it even has a mini-fan inside to keep it cool. When the stand alone monitor is only slightly cheaper than this kit, this kit becomes an instant buy and just makes so much sense.This monitor is a huge upgrade over my last one and the countless features that come with this field monitor are so useful. This is absolutely worth it for the price.
