I am not having the same experience with this machine that others are having. I'm 6'0" and the seat does not go back far enough to get a proper leg extension, all the way up. I can only do about a half kick with it. It's just too small. Also, because it's so small, the pad rests on my shins when I kick up and not my ankle, foot area. This is really uncomfortable and disappointing. What's worse is that my machine is stiff. I think one of the pieces that was tightend at the factory was tightened way too much. When I do bring the weight up, it sometimes gets stuck in the up position and doesn't want to return naturally. I can probably find a way to loosen and use lube to loosen it up, but it's basically useless after assembly for me. If you're 6 feet or taller, I would not buy. In the videos posted, you will notice too that some users, although they left a good rating, are only able to complete partials reps in the videos they posted because of height. I would pass on this machine. I wish that I never bought it.

Pros: Small footprint/easy assembly/great value for $/ easy to adjustCons: Not quite full ROMUsing this as I type this and it’s solid for at home. I like unilateral training which works out great with this machine. Figure If I get 2-3 years out of it 2-3 times per week, it paid for itself at that point. Don’t want to speak too soon but Not seeing an awful lot that can fail on it. Keep the people using it to a minimum. Also cut down the seat adjustment to gain 6-7” of room being that I have it against a wall.

This machine is awesome! I would compare it to the high end commercial CYBEX machine. Built extremely well. It is extremely affordable for a professional piece of gym equipment.
