I bought this because I wanted to convert from an internal to an external bottom bracket.I was shocked at how smooth this bottom bracket is, it is 10 times smoother than the profile bottom bracket it replaced. Iām running profile cranks with a 19mm spindle and this worked perfectly. My driveline has never been smoother.
