I do quite a bit 40 miles a week .The only thing I could compare it to is the origin 8 , which I feel this been way better than that. Spins better. I felt like the origin 8 had a little bit more resistance. This brand is actually supposed to be of high quality . So it seems to be holding up. I would keep buying their products.

Chrome coating made poor fitment.

Good BB for FSA square taper cranks. I used the 113mm length for a 53/39 road crankset. I probably could have gotten away with a slightly smaller length but the chainline seems decent.
