We bought this for a feral cat we’ve been caring for. He wouldn’t use an A-frame that we bought and stopped using the other structure we had set up for him so we thought the bigger door and side escape hatch would be more comfortable for him. Just got it put together so we’ll see if he’s happy with it. We are though!Update: our feral has been in this house every night and morning. He got in it immediately and seems to be very comfortable and happy in it! We’re so excited. We’d tried two other options that he snubbed so very happy with this purchase.

I bought my small house to keep my 10lb dog feeling safe during storms indoor. It is durable plastic easy cleaning. I love it and it does help with the tropical storms in our area. I cannot speak how well it would hold up outdoor as I use it for indoor but the plastic is durable and easy snap together assembled. Recommend buying vinyl doggie door with product. Door being off center makes the dog feel more secure. Nice quiet place to sleep for any furry friend.

Update: This wee house is for abandoned kitty who came to me for help. She lives under machines in neighbor's yard. I have yet to see her use it so I'm hoping that does happen. The house is brilliantly designed and assembles easily in 10 minutes. The offset position of the door allows a small tub I filled with pine needle straw sprinkled with food grade diatomaceous powder for the kitty to use as a bed to help her feel safer in a bigger space than she's used to. There's also enough room for a small water bowl inside. The side that can be used to extend the space helps tremendously in pulling out the tub with straw for regular cleaning. This house does NOT come with the plastic door insert and it's expensive to buy separately but there are holes in the doorway frame to screw a DYI plastic insert. There are air vents on the wall across from the door but they are very small and narrow so I don't know how well they'll help with cross ventilation but they might help in cooler weather to keep body warmth in. I will use this house only in the warmer months. One suggestion for improvement: Extend the front of the roof another 3-4 inches.Update: Downgrade from 5 star to 1. This house is in a protected porch. After a big storm, the roof inside was wet so the plastic used is not waterproof. How can that be? The walls also were damp. I surround the doghouse with stone slabs to keep it dark inside from the streetlights. Even then, the doghouse and the blanket inside were damp. Returning.

Great for the rainy days in Florida. I have a petite "feral" and she has plenty of room inside. Well ventilated. Very easy to put together and super lightweight. Of course if there's a hurricane, I would bring shelter and kitty inside.

It felt sort of flimsy at first but here I am months later and the thing has held up beautifully. I’ve taken it apart to move it and reassembled it with ease like 3 times now. He’s able to get in and out easily it’s super cute, it fits my 100 lbs Akita without any issues. I was able to put it together by myself in like 20 minutes which was definitely a plus. Rain just falls right off the slanted roof. I’m so happy I purchased this at the price I got it for I can say it was a steal!

Very pleased with this pet "villa". I'm not someone who cares too much about style when it comes to my pets, but this "villa" dog house is adorable. Most importantly, it is easy to put together if you follow the instructions and provides a sturdy shelter for small animals. One side is removable which makes it easy to clean.

I bought this to put on the porch for our 2 dogs. They are roughly 17 and 25 lbs. ea. they will both get in at the same time and sleep. It was easy to assemble and has lasted a long time so far with no issues. It isn't exposed to much sun being on the porch and keeps the dogs cool. I like that I can open the side and spray it out if it gets dirty inside. I added a pad to the floor so it's more comfy for the pups. They seem to like it a lot.

I found it easy to assemble except I was confused about the screws. The metal piece that goes in the entrance can’t be screwed on because there aren’t no holes on the plastic. So, I just placed the metal piece without the screws. Hopefully, it will stay on. I did find it smaller than the description but it works fir me. I was hesitant to order because of some of the reviews but mine arrived on time, new, and in perfect condition. I just wished they made it bigger.

At a bargain price of $116 we thought, "Let's try this." My girlfriend put it together in 20 minutes of joking and laughing and assembling. EASY-PEASY!! The vinyl is sturdy enough, there is an aluminum rim that fits easily into the doorway to prevent chewers from working on the edges of the door. It will be VERY easy to hose out. We've already had a heavy rainstorm and it's dry as a bone in there. The "SMALL" size is truly small. Would work well for a toy breed: Pomeranian, Chihuahua, Yorkies, Maltese, Papillons. We have a Schipperke and she is small but not toy. She needs a medium. We thought she would curl up in there on the nice heating mat we laid down in it, but she refuses to use it! So... we'll hang it up off the deck for our cats to use...if they need it. It would be too small for a pug,

Well designed product. Made in Italy rather than China. Seems solid. Assembled easily by myself. Instructions could be slightly better with zoomed detail, but with some common sense you will figure it out.
