This fan arrived quickly (thanks, Amazon!), and here's the rundown:If you've been shopping around for these, there are a few things to understand. Many of the other fans offered here are not the best quality, and may or may not last that awful long. These are. Bonus points for being American made, and it shows, both in the quality of the product, and the completeness of the entire package. It does include a power cord and the manometer kit to help you ensure it's working properly. It's easy to install, and although the power cord does not come installed to the unit, that's by design in case you opt to hard wire it directly to your breaker box.I've some experience in the electronic field, and I will say that the internals of these are high quality. Yes, I did install mine in the basement, but that was my best option given the layout of the home. It is, no kidding, directly under my bedroom. And I cannot hear it while in bed, it's that quiet, which says a lot about again, the quality. Cheap ones give off vibrations that will lead to failure over time.Haha "I'm a big fan".
