I work in field of movement therapy and pain management and this thing is fantastic for stretching and creating stability! I love that it gives my patients the confidence to move in different ways. There are so many things you can do in this beside basic stretching including strengthening and mobilizations. Would definitely recommend this for individuals and clinics!
